Since we switched over from PayPal to managed payments, I canno longer figure out where to initiate a partial refund to a customer. I see hints that such a method exists, but I can't find it. HELP, please.

SHIP FROM ADDRESS WON'T CHANGE

We moved and changed ALL of our addresses in our Account page. Nonetheless, every invoice we send prints the old ship from address rather than the new one. The return address on the address label is correct. Any ideas of what we may have missed??? or...
