Has anyone else seen a dramatic increase in scam buyers? Placing bids
and disappearing, never paying? Receiving items and then demanding
"partial" refunds? It seems to be an epidemic recently.eBay is no help.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, there is no option for Auto-pay
on the page you referenced with the link. Again, unfortunately, eBay
doesn't seem to have a remedy to a seller's problem.
