I am a top seller, 28yrs on ebay, 8k items sold and 99.6% and they have
the nerve to tell me that 11 "its not as described" justifies a 5%
penalty and I was never told about it costing me $750 this month. Unlike
the other metrics they always use 1yr ...
They are now relying more and more on AI and its failing. Example, I had
14 shipping defects do to a hospital stay (that is one of the valid
reasons on the appeals section). All 14 appeals that took me 30 minutes
to submit was DENIED in 10 min by AI....

27 yrs and 12k bought and sold and this is **bleep**. Some jerk bought 8
items and then asked to return them, I don't take returns as 99% of
trading card sellers. So he files charge backs and this is my fault????

producing it they are rude lol....) Being here 28yrs you would think I
