Nine eagerly awaited lots listed to end in the nine PM hour (Philadelphia time) already ended 3 hours earlier (Pacific time). How can this happen and how can it be rectified?

Since when has eBay been displaying the previous bidder's high bid just under the bidding box? This is disastrous for bidders and damned dishonorable on their part! They always have claimed no one could know our high bids. Guidance please. Tom F 8-6-...
