laptops and Netbooks as the category, despite my going to REVISE/CHANGE
Category/SELECT SECOND CATEGORY, and selecting IPA...
I believe in my case it was at least 2.5 months, I had given up on it
and got a refund, and was shocked as ol' heck to see it in the mail.I

Am sorry for your troubles, but ebay/paypal also protect fraudenent
sellers like those who say they are US Sellers and list item location in
US city and state, or Canadian seller in Canadian city and province, so
I buy the item thinking 'yeah I will ...
