This feature is once again not displaying correctly on Multi-quantity listings.
Instead of showing the exact quantity remaining in stock (for items with quantity more than 10), it now shows nothing.
Tried toggling the feature off and back on but it makes no difference.
For items with quantity 10 or less, it now shows distracting, superfluous verbiage, such as "almost gone", or "only 6 left". All we want is just the exact quantity remaining, please - for all listings regardless of quantity remaining.
Had this same issue about 18 months ago. Complained about it repeatedly but nothing was done to fix it until several months later when it began working normally again. Why eBay feels the need to continuously tamper with things that are not broken is frustrating.
Called support 8-17-24 and spoke with an actual person, calling herself "Amy", who checked and confirmed the feature was not working correctly. Said she would "open a ticket" with IT but could not provide any estimated time to restoral and said that I should not expect anyone to contact me to explain the cause of the problem or ETTR.
Anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, please contact support to let them know this is impacting your business. Perhaps they will work on it faster if many complaints are received.
