Thank you, that’s what I was trying to figure out. Agree with you that right now it’s kind of vague. I haven’t seen any option to require payment to accept a seller offer yet. Coming very soon to all sellers hopefully.

If you look back on the community forum it's obvious this has been a problem going back to at least 2015. They clearly have no intention of fixing it. I'm surprised there hasn't been a class action.
