The expected delivery date of the item was (Jan 28, 2025 - Feb 4, 2025)
and somehow the buyer was able to opened a return order today (January
29) what can I do (no shipping label for item unfortunately)
ok, I will refund the buyer but how will this effect my account going
forward will this decrease my sales, what happens if I get a lot of
return not as described in a short period of time
