I have been trying to load tracking number for orders shipped today but

On the screen for replying to a buyer's offer , under the item price
space it reads 'shipping not included'. I state the additional shipping
cost in my message to the buyer, but how do I add that the invoice they
pay from?
Yes, for three hours already. Good to know you actually spoke to
somebody at eBay. I feel better that I'm not the only one having this
problem. I guess we just have to wait and keep trying. I don't know what
