Everything I shipped to my buyer was wrapped nicely. When he received it
everything was smashed to pieces. during transit was when everything was
broken. How do I go about this?
They were packed nicely, but together in one box. some were salvageable
but not all. I am fairly new to this, I was only given one option for
shipping and didn’t know what else to do. I have already refunded him,
but is there anything else I could do...
