I'm getting a run around. I've given all the numbers on this order for a return and refund. No one is helping. More numbers are always being requested for the same numbers I've already given. Why can't I get a refund?

Why can't I get any order details for returns? Can't get a shipping label. Have had no contact with anyone. I have all the numbers I need to return this item. It now says can't find any of those numbers and the item doesn't exist. Pretty handy. Guess...
