What do you mean you can't get a shipping label? What numbers are you referring to?

What was the date of delivery? eBay's Money Back Guarantee is for up to 30 days from date of delivery.
If more than 30 days has past eBay can no longer help you. If you paid through Paypal you have 180 days to file. If you paid through your credit card you have 180 days to file. If your purchase was more than 180 days ago I'm afraid you are out of luck, you waiting to long to return the item.
From looking at your feedback it has been quite awhile since you bought anything.
If the numbers or order numbers are saying the item no longer exists is because eBay doesn't keep sold or ended items longer than 90 days, they are wiped from the servers.
Someone is always calling eBay and sellers scammers when it is user error 99.9% of the time.
