I'm getting a run around. I've given all the numbers on this order for a return and refund. No one is helping. More numbers are always being requested for the same numbers I've already given. Why can't I get a refund?

You get 30 days from when item is received to return it. 

You open a claim and give the reason why.

The Return system is automated... you need no one to help you. Find the Order in your Purchase History and open one. Good luck.

@wandafuhriman If you're not careful you will lose your money back guarantee privileges. You seem to have had a lot of problems in the past and quickly run to leave negative feedback and expect refunds, even your neutrals are really negative. Maybe you need to think harder about who you're buying from and the types of items you're purchasing.
