Buyer return an item : seller requires to return by register airmail with no tracking info.

I am from Hong Kong, I now return an item but seller do not want me to send by courier which cost HKD 420 and could show tracking on internet. Seller only want me to send by registered airmail which cost HKD 25.5 but could not show tracking info. So ...
