There are a lot of sellers, almost all with less than 100 ratings,
pushing 1977 Washington Quarters WITHOUT a mint mark for exorbitant
prices. The Philadelphia Mint did NOT use a mint mark for it's 468+
million quarters produced. I don't see any link...
I use a VPN on my desktop PC where I do eBay transactions exclusively.
Can that falsely indicate someone else is using my account as the VPN

Okay, Thanks. It doesn't seem fair to sellers who pre-order items that
they won't get until a few months later. I guess they realize that.
Also, I sure won't leave feedback in this instance until I receive the
items and satisfied.
I think I solved this. The two sellers that I can't leave feedback for
were pre-orders for something that would be delivered in Oct. I believe
I ordered from them in July or so. The transactions were complete a week
ago in October. Just my guess.
