I sold 15 items about a year ago, and had 100% vendor rating. Then I
didn't post any new ads for about a year. Now my vendor rating is shown
as 0%. Why? That's not good for business.
My sales have dropped to zero. I chose dynamic promotion for my latest
two items, Simpson meters. I did an ebay search for Simpson meter, and
my items don't show up at all. Can somebody tell me what I am doing
wrong? Thanks.
The customer received the package, but the contents were smashed. I had
packaged it very securely. The customer sent me some photos. It looks
like they ran over it with a vehicle, or something equally violent.
