okay I am dealing with this weird situation now... i bought seven items
from a seller beginning just over a month ago. i paid for all
immediately with PayPal, and the seller flagged them as shipped.
apparently the seller had never completed their Pay...
is there a filter or some other way to remove "local pickup only"

yeah, this stuff is really disgusting and it wasn't rogue employees,
these people WERE eBay, they were execs, multiple departments,
communication about this was going back and forth and people knew
literal subhuman scum, enemies of humanity
among the stuff they did (SIX eBay employees did this on company time,
and were arrested) was send veiled threats to murder one of the other of
this married couple. sent books to them about how to cope with the death
