is there a filter or some other way to remove "local pickup only" auctions from my searches?
i have accidentally bid on "local pickup only" items in CHINA before, because they were very inexpensive + free shipping. luckily i've never won one because, i suppose i'd just send them the money and tell them to keep the item. i accidentally bid on and won a "local pickup only" item in the US once, so i paid for the item and told the lady she could just keep the item, relist it, throw it away etc. she hadn't even realized she had ticked that option and was prepared to mail me the item anyway.
my point is, i will never, EVER be interested in an item on eBay that isn't being shipped to me, and i'd really prefer not to waste time and money having to look thru and occasionally accidentally bid on these.
with all the various filters available when searching the listings, i've never seen a way to exclude "local pickup only" items.
is there a way to filter these out?
ideally there'd be an account-wide check box where i can tick off the option to never see these ever again because, like i assume the majority of eBay users, i am not here to buy items that i have to go pick up from people local to me.
