Purchased 2 shipping labels on 9/1. One shows "cancelation requested"
and the other shows item delivered on 9/4. I have an email that USPS
will "process my request " within 15 days (it's been 17). Chat and phone
get me nowhere. Any suggestions?
Yes, I canceled within 1 minute of creating the label with incorrect
package dimensions. It sounds like it's just taking it's sweet time to
authorize the refund.. glad it wasn't a more expensive error, though..
