Thanks for the help, I already have a parcel locker at my neighborhood
community cluster box, but I can see how a P.O. box would help avoid the
incompetent lazy idiot they have (not) "delivering" mail in my area.
I have gotten to the point that unless an item is extremely expensive I

Wish I could help, but it seems ebay is set up to prevent you from
contacting a human being at all cost. Really hope someone has a HELPFUL
answer for this problem.
I've had this problem all year long, in the past it was just time of
year, or really bad shipping hubs like Chicago, but now it is constant
and universal. Thanks again USPS, you're really earning OUR money.
I experience periodic glitches on Firefox too, usually it is either
security settings, an update or lack of update, Ebay, or a combination
of all three. Usually it is websites that don't like Firefox's security
settings.
