Why does eBay charge fees based on the full price of the Label
(shipping) and I purchase a discounted eBay label and THAT amount isn't
reflected in the fees (Shipping-which includes Label costs). To me it

Then are sellers agreeing with this problem? I don't appreciate being
charged a fee on Tax, also. Not to mention fees being charged a fee
against the higher (non-discounted eBay Label fee). How does this get
resolved? Legal is Legal, Fraud is Fraud. ...
Thanks for the info. Yeah, the enclosed/non-able to open perfume is not
the same as opened jars/tubes/bottles, etc. that could be tampered with.
