Thank you, that makes sense. The buyer, who collects these dolls, has
told me that he has successfully gotten them from the US before but
admittantly says its been hit and miss. I appreciate your time.
Update: I messaged the buyer, cancelled the order, relisted it, and he
bought it again, this time with the correct address. He mentioned
something about an old address on PayPal so was probably legit but he
understood we needed to follow this process...
