Paid for a product 2 weeks ago the seller still hasn’t shipped it I tried to cancel and it says to late to cancel what do I do?

What can I do if the person don’t send my item how do I get help they took my money I can’t get help! Sad thing is after I paid the have reviews that say this is something they do often!
