When I go to open it, a new messages says “Something went wrong” with a blue banner and a frowning face. Does anyone know what this means? Thank you.

Help! I need to send a refund to buyer but do no see the pull down menu for "send refund".

When I go to selling window I cannot see the pull down arrow that sends me to "refund buyer".Please help me!

I am an ebay seller and my buyer never received their item. The PO shows it never arrived at the PO.
