I am new to multiple item listings. I have a new listing for 4 identical items that weigh 3 lbs. each. If a buyer buys all of them, will Ebay automatically increase the shipping charge to reflect 12 lbs.?

I am new to multi-item listings. I just posted a listing that has 4 identical items that weigh 3 lbs. each. If a buyer buys two of them, does Ebay automatically double their shipping cost? Thanks.

3-day handling time

My handling time for all of my listings is now 1 day. It used to be 3 days, and I am not sure how it changed. One day is often not enough time if I have to buy a special box. How can I change my default handling time back to 3 days?
