3-day handling time

My handling time for all of my listings is now 1 day. It used to be 3 days, and I am not sure how it changed. One day is often not enough time if I have to buy a special box. How can I change my default handling time back to 3 days?

Go to active listings in SH........click on edit in upper left, just above the listings, click on edit all.

When the bulk edit screen comes up , check the top box to select all, click on bulk edit box in upper left and scroll down until  you see handling time........

And if you are using business policies, then you just need to edit the policy and all listings that use that policy will be updated.

Looks like you use USPS priority mail for your stuff  - I  also did when I sold on. Ordered all the Priority  Box you can get via USPS.com free to my door.  On a rare occasion and needed  a different size box  - would  go to Walmart or an Office Depot and pick one  up.  Oh  always had a 1 day ship time and  often shipped the  same day by giving it to our USPS carrier and she  would  scan it in.  Plus would  ship stuff on Saturdays (a non business day for eBay) It pays to be friendly with them and a little bribing helps.

3-day handling time

Hi @cats_purr .  I worked out a system so i could take advantage of one day shipping. When i am listing, i prepackage my items so i can input the exact weight and package dimensions into the listing form. I then leave the item in the unsealed box and store it ready-to-go to the carrier. As a small seller with ample storage, this works well for my selling needs. There is no last-minute panic or scrambling for the proper packing materials. And additionally no worries about the accuracy of my shipping labels.

If you haven’t the space to store boxed-up goods, one can still make note of special box size needed, etc, before listing the item for sale, and procure what is needed ahead of the listing going live on the site.

Best of luck to you this holiday selling season.
