I have a Buyer who requested a return on an item he purchased 31 days earlier, my policy is 30 days and his reason is that he ordered by mistake. Im a new seller and this item is my second largest sale. I plan to call ebay today and restate my return...

Tracking shows pkg was delivered to the front porch of the buyers home. Buyer says no pkg on porch claiming not there. How do i handle this?
