Why would I strip off the clothes when they’ve never been removed and I
bought the doll new? It’s a collectible doll. That makes zero sense.
I’ve bought plenty of collectible dolls online and most people don’t
post photos of the doll nude.
Thanks for sharing your experience! Selling second hand items is always
risky because you’re right - any perceived flaw is purely subjective.
I’m hoping this buyer proves to be the exception to the rule!
UPDATE: I did the refund and just received the doll back yesterday. She
was redressed but her hair was down. I could see no evidence of the
supposed mark on the leg, but the one on the arm came off in 5 seconds
with a Magic Eraser. I'll probably reli...
Thank you all for the feedback. I'm grudgingly sending her a return
label. Hopefully my doll arrives looking the same as when I sent it. At
this point I will probably keep it!
She was wearing lingerie with delicate stockings that tear easily with
tiny latches. It's completely messed up that she removed the clothing
and then decided to ask for a refund.
