I sold a lot of 2 and we need to refund for 1 defective. Buyer opened a
return and shipped on his own. I'm trying to do a partial refund. Why
cant I do it? It only allows "refund" button which will refund all of
it.
A buyer requested to return 1 of the 2 items of the listing. He returned
it but I am not sure how to refund partial since the return isn't giving
me that as a choice. I believe it will refund all if I choose "refund
buyer".
