In marketing section under promotions it shows a list of items and all
are on pause, they keep extending out for two year period. (I never put
these items are Promotions.) There is no delete function.
Refund partial shipping cost to buyer. Buyer already paid for two items
and two shipping cost.I just want to refund the buyer 4.65 for the

When you select send offers the send offers list of items comes up;
there is a delete Trash icon that you should be able to remove
individual items from the send offers list.
Update.Using windows 11 firefox no mouse. I was able to double left
click on an image and the editing tool opened and I was able to use it.
