I just noticed that a pocket watch I have up for auction has a defect I
did not see before (the luminous material has fallen out of the watch
hands). I'm glad I saw it in the photo before the auction ended but now
I am not sure what to do - or how to...
I scheduled an auction with a starting price and a "Buy It Now" price
and noticed a random $0.20 fee for the BIN that I've never noticed
before on my other auctions. I've looked everywhere for the explanantion
of this fee and cannot find it so I thou...

You don't need a seller's permit for Ebay. However, the minute you sell
something, you are a business and any profit has to be reported as
income (hence the 1099K) - whether it's personal items or items you find
for resale. You won't be flagged unles...
