I got a similar full price offer this week, but there was a note in the offer asking for free shipping. It's a $20 item that weighs 6 lbs. Declined.

I'm located in north central PA. My outbound shipping seems quite good but, receiving packages is an entirely different story. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
