Hi, folks. I've been reading on these boards for a long time, and seldom post. I often looks at posters listed/solds. Recently I've noticed (with my android phone) that the pictures don't match the listing on the solds page. It's not a big deal to me, was just wondering if anyone else noticed this?
I looked up that last one on both my desktop and phone, and I'm seeing it correctly.
Try rebooting the app and see if that helps.
Hi @mcfallsgeneralsales . Yeah, a bunch of Android app users were talking about this on other forums. Make sure your app is up to date. If the problem persists, submit a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
