them, some of parcel showing it still at sellers hub, that already now
nearly 3 weeks at the hub, any tracking issues happing these days? thank

hi... I'm from srilanka,from last two weeks time onwards we cant pay
straight debit card payments to sellers, when we try it from the PayPal
its ok..but want to know is that from eBay any new rule or any system
error ,and also if its a new rule it on...
