I'm getting an "Unknown Application Error" when trying to save or launch
a new sale event. I have tried clearing my cache and tried a different
browser. Same issue occurs.
When trying to create sales/promotions for the upcoming holiday season,

I have been trying to message them from their order page by selecting
Message Buyer. Buyer is still registered. I tried messaging another
buyer the same way and had the same issue.
If this happens again, I would just take a screenshot of the "pending
cancellation" on ebay and send it to the buyer. They can contact ebay
about it if it takes too long for them.
I absolutely HATE this policy and think it needs to be removed. We have
been complaining about this for months and they are NOT listening! I
have customers who wish to upgrade to priority shipping due to first
class taking much longer than estimated....
