Unknown Application Error

I'm getting an "Unknown Application Error" when trying to save or launch a new sale event. I have tried clearing my cache and tried a different browser. Same issue occurs.

suddenly I can't add new listings to an ongoing sale event.

suddenly I can't bulk edit a group of ended/sell similars.

I use an older pc and an older IPad, so the changes ebay is making is really screwing me royally.  I have to go to the library and use their pcs to add new listings to my sales events!!!!
