You are talking about live auctions. eBay is not a "live auction", more
of a silent auction. Perhaps you can do a little research on various
type auctions & different auction/selling platforms to better understand
the "balance".
@chapeau-noir Thank you for your reply. It's actually a suede skirt,
wrap around in fact so fringe around bottom & up one side. I just can't
figure a good way to pack this. Do I wrap the fringe up first ?

assuming my offer is "offensive"!?! smh Regardless of whatever the
seller feeling when offered (ignoring it) is not going to get potential
