I cannot select international shipping as when i select usps first class
international letter it never goes through and turns off international
shipping
How do i pay for a underweighted item. I received the message yesterday
that a item weighed more than how i listen do to the packaging and im
trying to find out how i can pay for it
I have some Pokemon digital codes and was thinking of putting them on
ebay but i would lose money having to ship them out. Is it ok if someone
buys a code i just send them a picture of the code and mark it as
shipped?

Its ebay that notified me and yes ebay did get a notice from the USPS i
just want to know how to pay for the postage or if they already paid it
from my funds sense when i press the link there is no option to pay what

No i recieved a email from ebay themselves that the usps reported that a
package that i had sent out was heavier than listed and so i have to pay
for the postage my question is how do i do that
