Lack of Carrier Scan

I generally don't worry about USPS scans because I use a Post Office with 1 employee and I am generally the largest customer. However, I looked at my Seller Dashboard and see 3 February shipments with "No Carrier Scan", except that in Stamps.com I see they were ALL scanned by the Carrier.

My Top Rated Seller status is almost in jeopardy. What to do?

Same here you can call Ebay and have them look at the tracking to update it. 3 late scans won't hurt your account though

Three late shipments  are unlikely to affect a seller but if those 3 orders were never scanned at all it could make their tracking uploaded and validated scan metrics fall below 95% which could affect their top rated status.
