1864 Vintage Glass ID Please

Hi, can anyone tell me what kind of glass this is? I got it second hand. It’s engraved AB 1864. It has this fantastic magnifying glass effect, and the circles are convex on the outside but the glass is normal and smooth on the inside. Thank you!
