I beat you, I have been on EBAY since 1998, always top rated. Always
delivered all my product on time but for 2 or 3 that were delayed a
couple of extra days. Only once did EBAY step in, when a customer didn't

The EBAY Standard Envelope works about 50% of the time. It doesn't
always get scanned. I bring them to the post office and they send them
on, but they can't scan them as accepted. Somewhere down the line they

I would go the post office route. The PO is so big they just don't want
to bother with a lot of paperwork so they will settle this without
having too much trouble with communication issues.
