create a variation listing tool missing?

How do you create a single item variation listing, the tool seems to have disappeared

Okay, eBays experts were very helpful.

1. Make sure you can list in that category 1st (link below)- smh - I wasted so much time - don't do it. check the list:

To create variation listings, you will need to use the Business Listing Tool. You can switch to this tool by clicking on the option in the upper right-hand corner of the listing form. Like I said at the beginning:  Not all eBay categories support variation listings. The list of compatible categories can be found here: https://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/sellingresources/multiplevariationslist.html
