I now have years worth of hidden orders that have been un-hidden for some reason. It's going to take me days to hide them all again. Why has this happened?

Over 6 months later and still no fix for this issue. Instead, in the latest update, we get another glaring bug that makes the app impossible to use. Kudos. It might be time for a Bonanza.
