I’m a seller on eBay and a package was returned to me because the seller
moved and left no forwarding address. The buyer messaged me and
requested to have their package sent to a new address and that they
would pay for shipping. How do I handle this?...
My listings are showing free shipping to customers then when they
actually go to the item listing it shows buyer pays, which is how I set
it up. This is happening to many of my listings.
