I’m a seller on eBay and a package was returned to me because the seller moved and left no forwarding address. The buyer messaged me and requested to have their package sent to a new address and that they would pay for shipping. How do I handle this? Thanks!

You cancel and refund for "problem with buyers address". Then relist... if it sold once, it'll likely sell again.
Under no circumstances do you ship to anything other than the address eBay tells you to. There are few enough seller protections and shipping somewhere other than the provided address is one of the quickest ways to lose what little there are.
And it's up to you, but you can either add the buyer to your BBL, or let them know that you'll be relisting it and they're welcome to purchase again after they've corrected their address with eBay.

Very much the correct method on eBay to handle this...
To the original poster: be glad it was not forwarded.... and you got the item back.
