Buyer dispute that ebay says I never responded to. They lied. I responded through ebay the same day.

I have to accept a return because ebay says I waited more than 2 days to respond. The phillipinos at the call center couldn't understand my issue. So frustrating

With rampant fraud, from buyers with no or low transactions. Can I block any with less than 10?

Ebay not letting me upload my photo ID

After 23 years, I stopped selling on ebay long ago due to fraud, but I still have outstanding funds due me. Ebay won't let me access these funds until I provide them with a photo ID and my social security number or tax ID. Since EVERTHING gets hacked...
