When I click on the Listings Tab on my seller page. The header appears stating I have 47 listings, but none will appear. Is this happening to anyone else?

Has anyone else been having issues with Auto-Relist? I check the box for it every time I list an item, but it does not relist. This started happening about 2 weeks ago. Prior to that I did not have any issues.

Had a sale this week, and for the first time Ebay will not allow me to send the buyer an invoice. Invoices are only allowed if there are changes to the shipping charges now. Why? This does not make any since.
