Auto Relist not working?

Has anyone else been having issues with Auto-Relist? I check the box for it every time I list an item, but it does not relist. This started happening about 2 weeks ago. Prior to that I did not have any issues.

@sub-sonic  You must have been moved into the same group I am in now.  eBay is only offering auto relist on auctions for new and returning sellers.    OR if you list using the APP then auto relist is default for auctions.    

I haven't tested this but you could start your listing on a computer if that's your preferred listing method, save it as a draft and finish it on the app.
