I sold an item , the buyer returns it missing parts and damaged. I then
contact ebay regarding selling protection , they say to file a complaint
in the buyer abuse form. I do that. They say do not issue a refund.

minutes later they want to cancel.. Im not sure why they do this soo
often.. anyway , the option to void the label seems to have dissapeared
obviously it makes no sense since the buyer cant recieve bad feedback..
Not to mention , theres no incentive for the seller to leave feedback
and waste the time they could be spending making sales .. Years ago it
made sense , and now it simply doesnt...

ive noticed this too , I also see less external ads for ebay.. Something
is wrong when my hard to find business website sells more than ebay now.
( 2 yrs ago it was 10-1 ratio in favor of ebay/.
