I want to buy something so I can earn ebay bucks. But I notice there's no ebay bucks event available for Feb. Did Ebay decide not to have this event or did I miss it?

Can anyone tell why Ebay discontinued the ebay bucks program? They may give a longer window to use your ebay bucks, but old program was better I think. What do you guys think?
